He was very courteous and professional. He found the entry point of the mice immediately inside and outside and plugged up the holes. I haven’t had a mouse in my house since. He showed up at the exact time of the appointment and his response time to get here was fast. I would definitely recommend him and use this business again if I ever have another problem. And I love the fact that they are a family owned business which is important for me to support. I give this business too ratings.

Thank you Doug! In a days notice he was out at our house helping us deal with a Yellow Jacket issue. He was here when he said he would be, and other than no yellow jackets flying around anymore, you never would know he was even here. Highly recommended!

Doug is extremely professional and personable. We had moved into our house in December and realized that the previous owners must have had some major mice problems. Doug came right out, but due to snow, he wasn't able to do a full inspection and so nicely refused to charge us. He gave me instructions on how to know if mice were still a problem or if it was just an old problem that wasn't cleaned up after.

He came back right away in spring and did a full inspection- finding some rotten underhang under our deck which was likely the mouse freeway we were looking for. He also sprayed for bugs- we had a bad millipede problem in the basement and wasps coming in through windows in the spring. We've seen absolutely no bugs (ants, millipedes, wasps etc) in the house since he sprayed in the spring. We're so happy with Doug's service!
